1. To join our team, every member has to pay 1200/- (yearly) as subscription fee.
2. Subscription duration 1st April to 31st March for every year.
3. Every new member will get a Certificate, E-INVOICE and ID-card issued from KHOLA HAOWA after validation the form data by our team.
For filling up this form you will need:
1. One passport size photo. [ jpg/jpeg/png/bmp or any other image file type only – Size below 1MB]
2. Scanned copy of Identity card. [ jpg/jpeg/png/bmp or PDF only – Size below 1MB]
3. Successful Payment Transaction ID (Any UPI like GPay, PhonePe, PayTM, etc., NEFT, Others) [Mandatory for new member only]

5. If someone pays through cash, then he/she will write “CASH” on a white paper and take a picture for uploading. [ JPG only – Size below 1MB] [Mandatory for new member only]
